Counseling Philosophy

Empowering people to become fully actualized is the basis of my counseling philosophy. By using a cognitive behavioral approach, I assist clients in discovering their fullest potential. Learning how to cope with life’s challenges in healthy ways and move forward to find happiness and contentment at home and work is the goal of the counseling relationship.

"Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens."

— Khalil Gibran
